Meet Ashleigh
I'm Ashleigh - a qualified Integrative individual and couples therapist, and private practice business support specialist and mentor.
Alongside running my own small private therapy practice, I support therapists behind the scenes with systems, structure and day to day mangement required to run an organised and sustainable business.
Through my work managing practice operations for other therapists, I have seen first-hand the common challenges private practitioners face - from administrative uncertainty, to missed enquiries, poor systems, inconsistent client flow and complete overwhelm.
My additional experience working within a counselling and psychotherapy professional body has also given me valuable insight into the ethical, professional and practical standards therapists must navigate when building an independant practice.
I created Business Support Team to bridge the gap between therapeutic training and business reality - providing therapists with calm, practical and informed support so they can build private practices with greater confidence and less guesswork.
